Pfeiffer Ultimate Vacuum Pumps Diaphragm
HiCube Classic Turbo Pump Stations
The HiCube Classic pumping stations are suitable for all high and ultra-high vacuum applications and diaphragm vacuum pump and are available with dry and oil-free and sealed backing pumps having pumping speeds of up to 685 l/s. Available for selection as backing pumps are dry diaphragm pumps with pumping speeds of up to 4.3 m3/h or rotary vane vacuum pumps with pumping speeds of up to 6 m3/h.
The modular Turbo Pumping Station for clean, oil-free diaphragm Vacuum Pump
With the diaphragm vacuum pump HiCube turbo pumping stations, we have developed the perfect vacuum solution for your applications in the fields of research and development, accelerators, analytics, and surface physics, as well as rotary vane ultimate vacuum pump process technology and general vacuum applications.
Thanks to the modular design principle, we can offer you never-before-seen versatility with the HiCube series that satisfies the widest range of requirements in the pumping speed range from 35 l/s to 685 l/s. Turbopump and backing pump are matched perfectly to one another: “Plug and Play” the way you want it.
What’s so special about the HiCube vacuum solution: The combination of a turbopump from the HiPace series and a backing pump designed for the user’s specific application needs. We offer you the HiCube in Pro and Classic versions; available with dry compressing or oil-sealed backing pump and an ultimate pressure of up to 5 · 10-10 hPa.

Especially in combination with the HiPace 300 H turbopump’s exceptionally high compression, the pumping station can now reach high ultimate pressures faster. Until now, with conventional turbopumps, these pressures could only be reached using significantly larger and more energy-intensive backing pumps.

The complete Solution for High Vacuum Pump Applications
Thanks to their mobility, all HiCube vacuum pump pumping stations are the easiest way to generate high vacuum pump diaphragm right where it’s needed. Its robust engineering and the ready-to-connect, fully automated pump unit assure the utmost in dependability. Avac Industries has over 60 years in business working on diaphragm pumps as well as diaphragm rotary vane pumps. With hundreds of years of combined experience, A-VAC Industries is the leading repair specialist to take care of any diaphragm pump. Whether you are in the market for repairs, a new diaphragm pump, or even a rebuilt diaphragm pump, we are sure to meet and exceed all of your needs and expectations with our large stock and unbeatable prices. While we wold all want a free vacuum, AVAC's prices are affordable for all diaphragm pumps.
- Excellent Corrosion Resistance
- VACUUBRAND® Oil-free Chemistry Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps are constructed of materials with excellent corrosion resistance, such as PTFE heads and diaphragms. All multistage pumps are equipped with a gas ballast to provide consistent pump performance with condensed vapors.
- No Oil Changes
- These vacuum pumps utilize diaphragm vacuum technology. The totally dry operation eliminates the misting, handling and disposal of contaminated waste associated with rotary vane pumps. No oil to change or monitor!
- Reduced Maintenance
- Typical diaphragm lifetimes are well in excess of 15,000 hours of use before replacement - that's years in most applications, minimizing downtime and service costs. When it is finally time for service, their unique design eliminates tedious, trial-and-error stroke length recalibration.
- Improved Productivity
- VACUUBRAND® pumps are engineered for performance, with flow rates as much as 40% higher at working vacuum level than competitive pumps with similar free air capacity ratings. Higher flow rates mean reduced process times and higher throughput.
- Quiet & Reliable
- VACUUBRAND® pumps offer whisper-quiet operation and are free from loud vibrations. Plus, all VACUUBRAND® pumps and systems must pass rigorous product testing before leaving the factory. It's your assurance of a reliable pump.
