Description

The Alcatel designed dry vacuum pumps are extensively field proven and the pumping modules are optimized for operation without internal lubricant and seals. These pumps bring outstanding benefits to applications requiring high levels of cleanliness and reliability. Thanks to the frictionless design, there are no wearing parts in the path of pumped gases and therefore no particulate generation and of course no pollution from hydrocarbon vapors.
